Roll-up tonneau installed on factory plastic drop-in bed liner?

I have an 08 KC SE 6ft bed with factory-installed plastic bed liner.
I want to get a soft top bed cover (tonneau) that rolls up easily.
I've gotten a few suggestions, but when I look at installation instructions, I see pictures that DO NOT show a truck with the plastic bed liner.
I want to keep the bed liner and plastic rail covers in place.
Info from anyone who has installed a roll-up tonneau on factory plastic bed liner will be appreciated.
Thanks.

My Access Lorado went right over the bed rails.
As for over a bed liner, I guess it depends on the liner. If the liner tucks under the rail, there should be no interfearence at all since the frame/rail for the tonneau clamps to the rail (in 4 places). If the bed liner is of the type that goes over the rail, you might need to drill 2" holes ( with a hole saw.) in the liner where the clamps go. ( That's what they did whe installing a cap on my Taco with OTR type liner anyway.)

Best thing to do is call the manufacturer of the cover you choose. I know the folks at Access (agricover) were very helpful with fit info.

I have the bed liner and the soft top tonneau cover. I have the OEM cover. It not bad I like it but it is the only cover I have ever bought. The main reason I got it is because the dealership I got it from has it covered from as part of my car warranty. By the way I also have the utili-tracks and movable bed extender in the truck too

Thanks, WeeHooker & Chuckles.
See attached. The plastic bed-liner just "ends" under the rail cap, which you can see is a separate piece.
I'm hoping for a "no holes" solution, but having my doubts. I don't trust the adhesive method of bonding side rails; that bed liner is a tad slippery.

Ryan, thanks.
With 3 answers already and 2 of you using Access Lorado, I think I'll speak with them tomorrow. I just looked at that model on their website. Nice tailgate ornament. But it's not clear to me looking at instructions how it would work out. So I guess I'll try to talk with a tech at the factory.

[quote=Gila Dave;521760]"no holes" QUOTE]

Mine has no holes drilled in to any thing. As you can see in the picture the clip that holds it to the bed requires no drilling. I have 4 of these and they do not effect the track system or any thing else in the truck.

If you have utilitrack, you have the spray in liner, not the drop in. There is a difference.

Judging buy your pic (and ryan's confirmation ) you'll have no problems. Your liner fits under the rail and is nowhere near where the clamps go. ( No drilling /glueing on the access covers).
Check the part # and watch the install video here.

FWIW, You can buy right from Access but the cheapest I found their covers is at MPVautoparts.com. 12% discount & free shipping.
