Awesome photos chu-bun, thanks a bunch!

The cable covers on my Bakflip are thick black plastic and are attached with rivets. You can probably just drill a few 1/8" holes through the corners of your cable covers and install some aluminum pop-rivets to keep them permanently attached. If your cover is less than a year old then this should be covered by the warranty but it still might be easier for you to fix it yourself rather than deal with the hassle of return shipping.

My rubber seals on the sides and front are not pulling off but I will keep an eye on them. My cover is only 2 months old so you never know...

my Bakflip problem

Hi Guys
Here is the problem with my BAkflip cover. It has started to pull apart on the first panel, apparently due to to the struts being to strong. I have talked to BAkflip and they will be sending me a new panel once manufactured and the lighter pressure struts when they get from their manufacturer.

I thought about doing that, but they offered me a new panel with free shipping. I'll plan to rivet the rubber weather strips at a few places, just to make sure they won't peel of a few years down the line.

One of your picture shows the drain tube going through the plastic linter. Will water gets caught between the truct bed and the liner and rust the bed? I couldn't figure out anywhere to drain the water to.

On my 07 Tundra the bed has a hole in the wall which is used to bolt accessories into the stake pockets from inside the bed. My bed was sprayed with Line-X and they kept these holes open, so I ran the drain tube out through the hole, through the stake pocket bracket, and down through the bed wall where it ends just below the body of the truck so any water will drip right onto the ground. The only thing I had to do was make the drain hose smaller so it would fit through the stake pocket holes, thus I used a 90 degree reduction elbow which also made it easier to run the hose without kinks. Works like a charm. If you don't have stake pocket holes on your truck then look for plastic or rubber drain plugs in the front wall of the bed. You can drill a hole through one of those and run the drain tubes through without worrying about rust.
