Thanks sir. Are your wheels getting discoloured? Hope you have a Dremel tool if you get these wheels.

Thanks. Took some time to get used to the colour but I like it now.

New 33 inch BFGs

I wasn't liking the HT's I put on last week so I swapped em out for BFG ATs. I went bigger this time also. They are 285 70 17 on my 8 inch wide Eagle alloys. I had to remove the front mudflaps and I still have a very slight rub where the mudflap used to be at almost full lock. I think I'm just going to live with the rub. I like this look a lot more than the 265s. I removed the blingy looking centre caps too.

No I would rather keep them. I had no choice but to take the fronts off or they would still be on there too.

Are you gonna give me any credit for suggesting this tire size for you, originally?

Looks WAY better, doesn't it!

After all, most tend to go for looks over function - by the way, how did affect the pull of your 4-cylinder?

You didn't want the white letter out? Did you try that and not like it, or just go black out from the start?

I'm not sure where your tire is contacting your front mud flaps, but I was able to dremel the mud flap and keep it. I like the mud flaps too, because my back lower fenders take a beating with rock chips as it is. It would have been appreciated if Nissan could have extended the 3M tape higher.

It's hardly noticeable. I still don't have to downshift on the hilly freeway at 60mph. I'm very surprised I don't have to use 4th gear on those hills.

These are black wall on both sides. My last set looked great with clean letters but when they got dirty they looked ugly and since I don't detail my truck (shame on me) nearly enough I just went black. I like it.

My wheels are wider and have a different offset than the factory wheels you have on your truck. I would actually have to cut out a very small section of the plastic inner fender and I would rather deal with a very slight rub than cut that out. I'm keeping the rears on though. They are not a problem however they don't help much. With the lift and taller tires the crap still gets thrown under the mudflap onto the quarter panel. You are right. The film is too small for the mudflap.

Good to hear - I wasn't sure how to advise on this matter earlier.

I chose white on the advice on a friend, knowing that I have unrestricted access to a free carwash in my work parkade.

Black looks pretty good too - it's more off-road looking than the white letters.

Right, I forgot about your new wheel size/offsets... I'm gonna be ordering my mini-lift soon, I think. I'm gonna do some chip repair on the rear fenders then put on a bigger piece of 3M too.

I'm still trying to decide on the 2* timing advance...
