new and improved puddle lights...now with pics...
Well as much as i liked my puddle lights they didnt stick out as far as i would have liked. So what i did is remove them, make small pedestals cut at a 45* angle and mounted them about an inch from the top of the frame. They shine the light about 2-3ft past the sliders, and around the front and rear tires. Im very happy with the way they turned out now, not as bright under the truck, but more more of the surrounding area is lit now. Ill try and get some pics lata to show exacly what i did.

its basically heavy duty Nylon plastic. its actually designed for better wear in friction enviroments, but a side effect of the MDS is that its more weather resistant and stronger in compresion (i was using the rest for my custom roof rack mounts). if you go to mcmaster.com and search for mds filled nylon 6 it will come up, and hten you just chose your size...
