I was thinking about doing the same thing, I don't think it will work.
The way they bolt to the door is different, we have 3 studs in a triangle pattern, and the Titan has 4 studs in more of a square pattern. The only way it MAY work, is to just swap the Titan's mirror head (the part that pivots) onto the Frontier's stock arm (the part that bolts to the truck). EDIT: Alright, here ya go. Frontier Mirror ![]() Standard Titan Mirror ![]() Titan Big Tow Mirror ![]() I suppose if you could get your hands on a Titan mirror you could try it out to see if the shape even contours to the Frontier's door, if it does, maybe you'll luck out and just be able to drill the mounting holes you need.

wow, the bolts do actually look like a similar pattern, it might just work, if it matches the doors contours as steve said... let us know!!

my boss has a titan and the contours look the same I might have to just order one from my local dealler and see. I want the towing mirrors for added visiblity.

from the above posted manuals, i would say that a generous amount of trimming and fiberglass work will be involved and quite possibly modification of the bolts....
you can put any side mirror on your truck but the question is how much work are you willing to do? the titan and fronty do not look like a straight swap/bolt in....
