Just bought some HIDs!
That's right...I know I have always said not to put HIDs in the stock housing but if they are aimed down a bit, they should be fine. I am going to carefully aim these lights so they don't blind anyone. I am just sick of the poor light output of the halogens and ready for quality light output. I got 5000k temp which is supposed to be the brightest light for the money. In case you're wondering where I got them, I used shopxenon.com...it's an easy website to navigate and you can use paypal to purchase. I'll let you know how they install and look when I get them.

5000k should be alright. let us know how they are. I've tried 6k and 8k and am not really a fan of aftermarket HIDs. OEMs rock though
