Asnell910, Here's what the projectors look like after the paint job. Not as good as chrome, but definitely better than rust.

Well I got tired of asking around for the right size hole saw, so I just bought one for myself. I marked the dead center of the "gas cap" and drilled right through with the 2" hole saw. The chrome ring of the projector is barely larger than 2", so that gave me some room to smooth the circumference of the hole with a dremel. The fog light fits in there perfectly. Once installed, I went around where the plastic meets the projector with a mini torch to perfect the edges.

But still one problem, I noticed today that the dealer sent me two passenger-side finishers. When I received them, I checked the part numbers on the packaging to make sure they were the right ones. Today when I opened them up, one of them was labeled incorrectly. Unfortunately, I already put a hole in both of them. Hopefully the dealer will still send me the right one.

Looks good! The dealer will fix incorrect orders that are not your fault, but I don't know what they will do if it has a hole in it?

Looks great though! Combo of the hole saw and dremel is the way to go. I like the torch, I usually just use a heat gun, but it is so big and bulky

Talked to the dealer and they sent me a new finisher. I got it in yesterday and installed it last night. Here's pics of the finished install. I will probably buy new lenses because the inscriptions on these are reflecting light above the cut-off and it looks ugly. I'll try to get some new o-rings too to prevent rusting on the inside. Thanks for all your help guys.

Another tip for anyone else who wants HID fogs, after installing the finishers, double-check that the lights are aligned correctly. If you zoom in on my pics, you'll notice that the cut-off line isn't level. I'm fixing that now.
