I had to swap 2 pins in the blue plug on the relay harness. I guess the 9000 series bulbs share the same plug, but some have single or dual filaments.
It also depends on how your relay harness is configured from factory.
The rest of the wiring is pretty
Simple. relay harness ties to battery then the plugs for the ballast side are polarized. You get your relay signal from one of the head lights
plugs and you ground the ballasts where they mount.

which two wires did you swap?

Search the Internet for "9004 vs 9007"
Images.
you have to change the blue plug wiring configuration

It should be the red and black wires

Did you use a relay harness?

That may be your problem. I have heard the HIDs have a high start up current. i have also heard of fires caused by hids wired directly to the lighting circuit and was advised to grab one with a relay harness. The relay harness I have has a 40a fuse. I have had my o-nex headlight kit ( $90 from amazon) for 14 months without issue the junk kit that came with my projector fogs lasted less than 6.
Get a good kit and it will last you.
If you can't afford a good kit. at least get the relay harness.
