They look nice but the halo's burn out and some have had moisture issues with them. Also, the light output isn't any better then OEM unless you install HID's which they don't recommend (heat issues) becuase they use crappy plastic. Other's have had success but I am not sure you want to be the first with the failure.

P.S. These are also on Ebay for less I believe. Somewhere around 200 flat, maybe less on occasion.

Yeah they have these all over ebay. I'm considering buying a set myself. They've also got an HID set on there for that same price.

mine came with HID, I converted my fogs to HID projectors from a Jag. They say on them not for HID, But other than replacing 1 ballast and pulling all the angel, and halo bulbs for a couple going out, theyve been fine for yr and half

I picked up a pair of those off of eBay a year ago and had them for about 6 months before the LEDs in the Halos stopped working and it looked bad, not to mention my main headlights would fail once in a while (but that was probably due to faulty wirng).

Anyway, if you search on eBay a little you can find a set of the same style headlights but with CCFL Halos instead of the LEDs. These CCFL lamps are alot brighter and alot longer lasting with purer white light. And they're the same price, if not cheaper.

I strongly suggest that if you do decide to get this style of headlights you should definently get the CCFL model instead of the LED one you linked us to; you'll have much less problems (if any) down the road, oh, and find a dependable place to do the wiring lol, no one likes driving at night with no headlights (especially cops).
