That's actually a pretty decent start. I like the way if fills in the gap and wraps around, but I would like a little more of a step in it. Like Houdini says it probably should stick out in the back a little more. It might be cool to put an integrated receiver in it, and a couple of shackles too.

If it had the hitch built in and stuck out just a little further out back, I'd get one.
