Can you use any projector?

Can you use a projector in an 05 to 08 that was used in 09 and up? Or would it be totally different?

If your talking about the Anzo/ Ebay ones, yes they are different.

I'm not sure what you are asking. If you're talking about projector headlights, Frontiers don't have them stock.

Im talking about for a retrofit. If the projectors for the retrofit were meant for 09 and up will they be able to fit into 05-08?

projectors for retrofitting aren't made specifically for certain headlight housings. so yes you could make them fit. if you mean the entire housing, it can be don't but requires more parts. the upper bumper section, grill and possibly some supports seem to be what I remember. there's a thread around here for that if that's what you want to do.
