Calmini winch bumper

Pulled the trigger on a calmini winch bumper today.

Any advice on installing the bumper and cutting the pro4 bumper?

I read a bunch of install threads, but was looking for specific advice.

Thanks

Have you thought about buying parts to replace your bumper with those from a truck with a chrome bumper? I have run that through my mind if I were to trade for a new PRO4X.

no, i haven't. Honestly, I plan on keeoing the truck for a long time, so right now the added expense is not attractive to me.

Im with mdawg... I would personally do it that way. You could buy the upper part and then sell your entire bumper on craigslist and likely come out ahead. You would only be out the money until you could sell your stocker.

X3. That's what I plan on doing when I get mine.
Though it is possible to do it pretty cleanly with a dremel tool and the right attachment. That's how I trimmed the lower valance off of the stock air dam to clear the tires on my last two trucks.
