Blued Out Frontier w/ Hood Scoop

Finally finished my recent projects. Hope you guys like it (i know some will not like the non-functional hood scoop). Thanks to the following for your info in the forum:

- Westexasrepublic for the hood scoop idea
- Grampy for the info on removing the windshield wiper plastic
- Bigriver for the info on universal license plate mount
- Various threads on removing the front bumper and leaving off lower bumper valence

No more mods for now or my wife will kill me or my kid will starve...

What kind of prep did you do for those peices? I was actually thinking how I would like to paint some or most of the charcoal peices on my truck gloss black. It looks really good. Now all you need is some beefier tires and it would look bad a**.

thanks. the pieces were all done at my dad's friend's paint shop. i think he did the usual (sand, paint, clear coat). as for tires, just waiting for the stock tires to wear before i upgrade to bridgestone revo AT's...

That tailgat peice does look good. That actually gave me a really good idea for mine if the company I got my chrome tailgate handle from doesn't replace it since it's crapping out.

Where did you get those headlights? I like the projectors but those all clear ones are pretty neat too.

Stock headlights with the reflectors removed. Just got to heat up the housing to take it apart, remove the reflectors, and seal it back up.

All of it looks good, no more dull charcoal plastic. ESPECIALLY under the windshield!

Great job!
