FYI, I called Bakflip and explained that the cover did not look new. Without hesitation they are sending me a new on this week with a RMA/pickup order for UPS. Also, I LOVE the cover. It looks great and has already come in handy having a "trunk" with a full cab.

Just got my replacement Bakflip delivered, will have to wait til I return home to see the improvements they made over my old one. Will keep everyone posted in a week or so.

what do you mean your old one. did you have the backflip 1 now have the 2nd version? please post differences

Yes that is correct, I had some issues and they agreed to send me a new one. Once I return home from holidays and install the new one I will post any differences I find.

ordered mines yesterday, they advd that have to make it as there ordered and i should get the updated bakflip G2 model in 8-10 days. cant wait.

got minez today, wow less than 5 days that's great. I guess it doesn't hurt that i live in LA only about 40 mins from hollywood where the warehouse is, kbut with free delivery why go pick it up.
