The bumper comes just as you see it. The eye-bolts on each side will be fine when I need to tow a rally car down stage, but I wouldn't use them to recover another truck with a snatch strap.
For that and other heavy duty applications I'll use a recovery shackle mounted in the receiver. Here's a shot of that recovery point. Ed

So if i got one of these i could use it instead of my factory tow hitch for heavy towing?that would be amazing because my body lift leaves the hitch way low but bumpers can be raised.

How did I miss this thread? That is a really nice bumper and would be great for the mud I get into. Pop that panel off and hit it with the hose, done!
