Another Tire Question

Ok I am about to order tires for my 05 LE. The stock size tire is 265-65-17 which is about 30.6 inches tall according to the specs on the tire. I want to put a 265-70-17 which is about 31.6 inches by the spec sheet. Will I have any rubbing issues. I have no lift as of right now but hopefully at least a leveling kit in a few months.

I'm guessing 1" more will not rub...but if i were you I would wait until you have the LK and really fill out the wheel well.
