So I posted recently about a rough idle.

It idles really rough, especially with the AC on. Took it by the dealership and he recommended an injection service. Said that should clear it up - I wasn't sure about that.
Now I have noticed something else. When I am driving around 30-40mph and let of the gas the truck sort of "jerks" back. Almost like a downshift. Just doesn't seem to be running all that smooth. Air filter is new.
So the question - do you think he's right? Would an injection service kill both of these birds?
