What is the best cleaner to get that nasty mud color off of the underside ???

Ok, i havent found a good cleaner yet. But the under side of my truck is brown. I dont know how to get it off.. I know that when you sell it the dealer makes it look almost brand new.
I am also looking for the best option to clean under my hood...
