I was going to use this height for the stem, but I couldn't slide it under the frame...it would've gone under the front crossmember though:
Here's the tire just off the ground...good enough for me (even at the lower setting for the stem).
If y'all can't find this jack...I know if you type "ton, jack" into ebay, you'll find a guy who is selling it for $29.99 with very little for shipping.
