I'm kinda in the same situation, but I don't have sliders so a hi-lift would be useless to me. they don't make an attachment that would work with pinch welds? I know they have the bumper and wheel attachment, it only makes sense to offer something that attaches to the body of a stock truck with no sliders.
that style is used on most tractors, cars and trucks up in to the late 70s
