I got this jack...it's a jack stand/jack. ($44 at pepboys, $29.99 at tractor and supply but they were out)
I was going to get an exhaust jack, but I didn't want to pay the extra $20 (ebay price).
Also, when I looked closely at a few pics of the exhaust jacks in action, the bag actually pinched the body of the truck upward toward the door. It is probably because the user placed the bag too close to the outside of the vehicle's frame, but I didn't want to accidentally reproduce the results.
