It is hard for me to compare the taste of marlin to other fish. I would describe marlin as having a strong taste. I don't know if that really means anything though. The best way to cook it that I have tried is to marinade it for a few minutes then throw it on the BBQ. We had it sauted at the resort with lemon and some sauce, but I think it was overcooked. On the BBQ it was amazing.
