So today I changed the oil and use 1 quart of Marvel Mystery Oil (MMO) and 4.4 qts of 10W30. I also added 6oz to 15 gallons of gas. I will attempt to add 4oz per 10 gallons of gas until the next oil change and log the results.

6/12/08 231.3 miles, 15.807 gallons (87) 14.63 MPG - this tank did include some trailer towing, several loads from Lowes, and some 4x4 driving.

MMO Added to oil and Gas:
Initial reaction, truck is definitly more peppy and has slighlty differant tone. This is a surprise, I did not expect to notice any immediate change.

6/14/08 190.0 miles, 10.615 gallons (87) 17.9 MPG - this tank was split between highway and city driving and a little bit of 4x4 time. Truck runnning great.
