your getting codes in in both banks so thats a sign something in the upper half of emmisions is going bad. possible mass air leak(vac hose leak) or yes even a mass air flow sensor. they do go bad. you have and intake on your truck? wet or dry filter? when you clean it last?
but its saying tell tail signs of leaking intake gaskets. running rich. rough idle poor gas mileage. gaskets maybe $30 and i would replace plugs while your there since its been idle rough they could be carboned up.
