That would look mean and would keep the "stock" look if that is what your looking for, but might be a bit expensive. Maybe have Richard or someone fab up a custom "boatsided" bed w/ handy places for your gear and spare tire. Kinda like the one I think Matt has on his Green Sami, except bigger and more useful. Just a though.
