Don't let the rain stop you ... I've machine buffed many a car in the rain, the only thing that is crappy is that the water helps to sling wax everywhere, and it's a drag to have to detail brush all the cracks, seams and window rubber afterwards. If you use a good sealer polish, the rain won't hurt it or affect the outcome, in fact it allows it to blend better...This past winter I machine buffed a black S500 benz in an all out down pour... lol it was a trip , but came out great ! the client gave me a $100 tip.
