430 code is bank 2 cat. which on the 3.3 is passenger side. You will have to replace with oem part. aftermarket will not work or bolt on and headers will do no good. if you clear it, it will come back and odds are the bank 1 cat will fail soon as well. it is a common occurence. warranty on cats is 8 year 80k miles. good luck.
