I dont know that I made myself clear... Inside the factory Frontier tube is a 12in piece of 2in OD tube. The bolts that you see go through the mounting plate, through the factory tube, through the steel tube and end with nuts attached on the inside.
If anything at all was going to fail, it would be the plastic factory feet. I am trying to find a way to have a rear brace that would be able to move from the up to the down position. I cant find any decent pics of a folding light cage, and I just cant figure it out.
I will try to find a way to do it before next weekend when I cut this one back apart.
