I found this in an older thread, doesn't look to apply to 07s or 08s. Anyway, I took it back to the dealer at lunch just now, showed the service guy the bulletin, and he gave me a rental car and absolutely no grief. I guess one of the things in my favor is that when they got me the truck it had the blue seats and they switched them out for grey ones from one of their other trucks.

Remove the seat from the vehicle.

Remove the seat cushion, apply thread locker to 4 existing screws, and reinforce the
seat by adding pop rivets.

1. Preparation for seat removal.

Refer to the Electronic Service Manual (ESM), section SE, for seat removal
information. Make sure to follow all WARNINGS and CAUTIONS.

Before disconnecting any SRS connectors:
A. Write down all radio station presets.
