Wow who knew surfing youtube videos of off roading frontiers would send me here. Been looking for something just like this to get a little more familiar with my new ride.

Anyways I just recently purchased my first ever new vehicle last month and am glad I went with an 08 Frontier SE 4x4. I was stuck on getting on truck regardless but my cash options kinda limited me to choosing either the frontier or the chevy tacoma. I test drove both trucks and while they were nearly identical the frontier had just that little extra in the big categories I was looking at (room, comfort, feel, and overall bang for my buck).

I grew up on the roads under the ford cars learning to drive with the old pos tempo and my late love 97 tarus that I still late at night sometimes feel bad about trading in. But after watching my dad put some 230,000 odd miles on his altima and spend less in repairs then I spent in my short 6 years with my ford, I knew a Nissan was the way to go.

So I'm mainly here to check out and get some tips on the upgrades and best ways to care for my new baby. I'm also hoping to find some locals who know good places to find some dirt and mud and get this baby off the pavement for a few hours of fun.
