I also have no antenna.. I have not really given much thought into fixing it.. But if you do and it's not too hard let me know.. These trucks have bad manifolds.. cracks and gasket leaks.. You should be able to do most of the work yourself.. Get a book first.. You should probably do a new thermostat soon being that there was lots of rust.. which leads me to think you had mostly water in there.. With the distributer.. change the cap and rotor.. see if the noise stops.. If not I would drive it until either A: It starts running poor. or B: until I was able to get a used one or one for a good price..
