unfortunately, we cannot do this - while it's possible to machine the edges, the gaskets themselve cost in excess of $45 per ims, and the additional maching will raise the "repair cost" to over $90 from setup times to running them individually - unfortunately we are a small business, and this is just not a viable option. I'm sure you understand.

I don't forsee this being a problem at all if this is the solution you would like to try, only because it's the main culprit to the problem - i would suggest a good small file as well when working on it - after all its just metal and can be adjusted as needed
