i think the gaskets weren't all in when they went on, They look like they are smashed so they haven't been straight when it was installed plus it was recent to when you installed it. looks like some heat seeped in from where it wasn't in place and blasted them. Good luck though, might check mine later but seem to have no problems. Plus from one side you can see the gaskets just a bit so ill check that first.
