The point of fenders is to contain the tire and the stuff they spray. You would never think about trying to get the tires to stick out of the fenders on your dirt bike. The wheel wells are also deeper than the lip of the fender. Might catch the tire on the outer rim of the fender, thus messing them up or reducing your travel. If you look at the inside of my wheel wells there are rubbing marks from the tires after hitting big bumps. That is why the Titan swap guys put on bigger fenders.
This is a truck not a street fighter. What is the point of making it look MEAN!! Form follows function.
Not to be hating, just pointing out some points that might have been over looked.
