at full lock?
If so ........ your just rubbing up against the stops. check you haven't worn the plastic ends off the stops as constant abuse like that will severely wear the stops. greasing them regularly helps a lot. its simply easier to not put so much pressure on the steering ie wind back from full lock a fraction. full lock varies depending on who much travel the suspension does (ie amount of full lock changes when hot a bump). so when you hit a bump it pays to let the steering wheel kick back a bit and you will find it makes less noise and doesn't wear the stops so much.
