I can do the oops thing but I'd rather not go through the trouble...

Since we're on Law topics...
Has anyone with a prerunner lift been ticketed for the wheels sticking out? I know the wheels must be covered by fenders but don't really know the specifics on it. Can anyone enlighten me?
