Dropping the Headliner

So Im working on a field job in Pennsylvania and my work rented me a full size dodge pickup. Well on day two it gets a flat tire and we return it and entrerprise gives me a 08' Frontier SE 4X4 Crew Cab with like 50 miles on it. Its my exact same truck except its white. So I get to practice doing stuff on this rental before I do it on my own truck. I took off the dash in preparation for my head unit install (which unfortunately is still on backorder from Crutchfield). I want to drop the headliner tomorrow just to get a peak at whats under there before I install my thule rack here at the end of the month. I just have no idea how to do it.. has anyone ever done it and if so can you give me a quick rundown?

I guess Im looking for something to re-enforce the flare nuts on the thule rack and even if I dont find anything...Its a rental so why not... I only wish that something in my truck was messed up so I could swap with a piece from the rental but my truck is still in pretty good shape. Thanks.
