nice job, but one question - wouldn't it be better to put the fuse closer to the battery? I've always though you put the fuses as close the battery as possible.
Lets say for some reason the cable gets pinched at the firewall and creates a short. THe fuse blows so it doesn't fry your inverter. but its still got a a shor from the battery to the pinch point...
