Here are responses to both questions: First regarding clearance - I measured the distance from the ground to the lower, inside edge of the optional North American class IV receiver before I removed it, and found that the ARB receiver is now 2" higher than before. Ground clearance and departure angle are now improved, in spite of how it may appear.
Second, not sure what the bumper will retail for. ARB USA will take orders for it and the filler panel now, but probably don't have any in stock. They bring containers over all the time, so the wait should not be too long.
