Use Mcquires water spot removal liquid and a buffer. I do this all the time for clients cars. If you can't find it , start by soaking the spots in laquer thinner, then buff your glass with 3m super cut compound, if still present use 1000 grit wet paper to "wet sand" and then follow with your car wax, machine buffed on to reduce water spotting in the future.
