You can do it long travel and it what desert racers use, or most of them use. but only one wheel has to move.. SAS is a Solid Axel Swap. what this does is helps the truck in off camber situation, and give the axel more articulation. with a sas you can flex more and keep all 4wheels in contact with the ground.
