Hi Tommo here it is.

Well here's my opinion, the balljoint does not appear to have a scraper in it (or at least I can't see it) It may be set deeper but who Knows. It looks very well made with very close tolerances. The balljoint is also easy to remove and replace but I am sure that they will last as long or longer than the stock joint even though it has not got a rubber boot around it. Hey by the way I am going to have a shop modify a Koni adjustable skock for me you could probably find one in Aus too, basically what they do is they remove the coil seat of the existing shock, machine the hole to the correct diameter to fit over the Koni, weld in a seat that fits the Koni adjuster and thats it, seems simple. It does work as they have already done this mod for my wife's Sorento.
