Even if you call customer relations they won't be able to override any factory dcsm decision. If nissan is anything like mazda, the most you'll get are some vouchers to put toward the repair. Good luck though!

A LITTLE LATE ON THE REPLY, BUT HAS ALREADY BEEN COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. I AM A JAGUAR TECH FOR MANY YEARS, AND I JUST WENT AND TALKED TO THE SERVICE MANAGER WITH PICS AND VERY POLIT AND JUST ASKED FOR HIS HELP. ALSO LET HIM KNOW I ALWAYS GIVE 10'S AND EXCELLANT ON SURVEYS, MATTER OF FACT I WAS SURVEYED ON REPAIR FOR INOP HORNS THE VERY NIGHT AFTER I WAS TOLD NO COVERED AND I GAVE THEM EXCELLANT. 1 HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE OTHER. HE CALLED THE NEXT DAY WITH IT COVERED AND THEY FINISHED THE FOLLOWING MORNING
