you do realize that an aircrafts wheels and landing gear have nothing to do with propelling said aircraft?

once the propeller(or turbine)starts pulling the aircraft its wheelspeed is irrelevant to its forward momentum and it wouldnt make a difference if it was on a treadmill or still asphault
