treadmill will spin the tires, big deal, planes dont propel with their tires so, the props or jet engine will push against the air like they always do, the treadmill will add a little resistance at the 'freely spinning*' wheels and the plane will take off.
* - freely spinning as in they are not driven but yes, there will be a little friction, no biggie.
oh, and of course there's no wind when you run on a treadmill, your propulsion system is the very thing in contact with the treadmill, not so with an airplane. the plane pushes against air, not the ground.
do we really have to relive this again?
