No problems with the job, most people dont understand that the tech and the service writer and the service manager ALL get screwed by the factory on a regular basis... Its a constant battle we are the only ones standing up for the customer if it was up to the factory reps we would just tell every one to piss off..

wow thanks for giving me an insight as to how things really work at dealerships. not that i have anything to complain as the service managers i talk to have been very very nice and accomodating....
