Cold Air Intakes and winter????

OK, I want to add a CAI to my Fronty. But since I live in the Great North East were temps will soon be a high of the Mid 20's.

So my question is since we are trying to introduce cold air in the gas mix. At what temp is the cold air "too" cold. And will I lose power to having a CAI in the winter.

Thanks for any help.
