However, they checked my alignment, as I asked for, and found it out. Alignment done as well, cost $80.95 anter 10% discount. I mentioned this and got the 10%, but I may contact the Service Manager or GM and ask to be reimbursed for the alignment. Do you think that is too picky of me?

i think given the fact that you bought the truck 6 weeks ago, releases you from being.... PICKY. used or not.
they should pay for the alignment.
you never mentioned. did you recently put a lift or larger tires on? obviously, this would change my opinion.
