it is not hard at all to straighten that bed out. could have been a number of things that caused it, but it should not be hard to fix if it hasn't been wrecked.

there are 4 bolts that connect the bed of the truck to the frame. loosen em up, push on the truck bed to position it properly and re-tourque the bolts. i know it sounds overly simple, but thats just how easy it is.

i had to unbolt and move and tighten the bed and the cab when i did the body lift. i used tape on the side of the cab running back onto the bed to establish and keep my lines.

if the bumper is also out of line, do the same thing.
